Christmas Club Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Bath Bomb Bakery Christmas Club.
By purchasing a Christmas Club payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
How the Christmas Club Works
- Christmas Club payments are converted into Bath Bomb Bakery store credit.
- You can add to your Christmas Club as often as you like by purchasing additional Christmas Club payments.
- We will keep a record of your Christmas Club balance.
Redeeming Your Store Credit
- Christmas Club store credit can be redeemed from 1st October each year.
- Store credit can be used on any products available on www.bathbombbakery.co.uk, subject to availability.
Refunds
- You have the right to cancel your Christmas Club purchase within 14 days of payment if you have not yet used the store credit, in line with your consumer rights.
- After that period, payments remain as Bath Bomb Bakery store credit unless otherwise required by law.
- Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
Ordering for Christmas
To help ensure delivery before Christmas, we recommend placing your Christmas order by 15th November.
Lost Balances
If you believe your Christmas Club balance is incorrect, please contact us with your order confirmation emails and we'll be happy to help.
